Peanut butter contains a good amount of nutrition including protein. It’s great for endurance activities such as high intense cardio work outs.

This is great when you need to take in calories to keep your body properly fuelled without eating a large, heavy meal.


  • 1 frozen Banana

  • 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon cacao

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 3/4 cup almond milk


  • Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth


  • Contains 41% of the recommended dietary intake of magnesium. Magnesium supports adrenal and nervous system function as well as hormonal balance and blood sugar metabolism. 
  • Contains 40% of the recommended dietary intake of niacin (Vitamin B3). Niacin helps to support energy production, nervous system function, digestion and healthy skin.
  • Contains 18% of the recommended dietary intake of zinc. Zinc helps to support healthy immune, hormone and neurotransmitter function, as well as healthy skin.
